Electrically operated chain drives for direct opening
GEZE electrically operated chain drives are intended for the direct opening of vertically mounted, rectangular bottom hung, top hung, pivot hung, side hung, and vertically-pivoted windows in dry rooms. They are suitable for natural smoke and heat extraction and smoke dissipation and also for daily ventilation.
The drives are fitted parallel to the window and can be in the corresponding colour match of the windows. They have a special chain which can transmit both pushing and pulling force. In the closed position, the chain is unseen rolled up in the drive housing.
The drives E640 and E660 are also suitable for angled windows (skylights or light domes). For extremely wide or heavy casements, it is also possible to use two drives in tandem configuration. The tandem switch E301 is required for this. For the E620 in tandem configuration, the tandem switch E102 and the tandem power pack E48 are necessary.
