Getting to know the Service Team
The Service team manages GEZE UK's maintenance contracts across the UK from one central office and four regional offices, ensuring that customers' doors are monitored, serviced and fixed promptly, offering personal contact and faster response times.
Headed up by operations director Paul Ryan, the service team has expanded by 500% in the last year, demonstrating the growth of the sector and GEZE UK's commitment to quality service. Once a service request is received, GEZE engineers are able to carry out the service visits at the convenience of the customer by ensuring they are booked well in advance and they can even be carried out outside of business hours.
The company also boasts a high 'first time fix' rate by keeping all vans fully stocked with the most popular components ensuring that most of the time customers won't have to wait for replacement parts or return service visits.
