Getting to know the Technical team

The gateway between ideas and solutions, GEZE UK's technical team is a specifier's first port of call when a vision needs to become a reality. Liaising between customers and staff, the team is an all-round, all important point of contact - understanding the creative vision and brief of a customer and converting it into a product-led, technical specification.

On hand to offer the best advice, the highly trained and experienced team of eight is led by Technical Director Simon Bowden, who ensures every customer is armed with enough knowledge about available and cutting edge products to make the right choice for their project. With a trained eye for developments in the market, the team endeavours to answer the most challenging questions and specify the most suitable product for any given situation.

Simon Bowden commented: "We deliver a unique service from the pre-sale stage, supplying key facts about products and their capabilities, making recommendations throughout installation and we offer an after care service that's second to none. Such a hands-on role means that we're continually expanding our expertise and as part of a global network, we're able to call upon the expertise of almost 2,000 GEZE experts from around the world to find the perfect solution. Every question is treated as a challenge - and it's our job to find the answer.
